Booking Confirmation

Our friendly trip consultant will reach out to you within 24 hours latest after you place the booking request with us and the booking is not confirmed until we send you an official confirmation email. A minimum 30% Deposit is required to secure spaces for the tour. The final payment is required to be paid latest 7 days before your departure date. If for any reason, the balance is not received according to the due date, we reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you.

Under 5 years old: Free of charge for the 1st child. The second child is charged 50% of the adult rate. From 5 to 6 years old: 50% on the rate for an adult. From 7 to 10 years old: 75% on the rate for an adult. From 11 years old: 100% on the rate for an adult.

More than 20 days before departure: Free of charge (excluding bank fee) From 5 to 20 days before departure: 100% of the deposit Less than 5 days before departure: 100% of the total rate No Show: 100% of the total rate
